ProgressScape Privacy Policy

ProgressScape is a RuneLite plugin that syncs your Old School RuneScape progression data to the ProgressScape web tracker. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is stored, and how you can request its deletion.

What data is collected

When you use the ProgressScape plugin, the following data is collected from your RuneLite client:

• Your OSRS account username
• Your account type (Normal, Ironman, Hardcore Ironman, Ultimate Ironman, Group Ironman)
• Quest completion status for all quests
• Achievement Diary completion status (Easy, Medium, Hard, Elite) for all diary regions
• Boss kill counts, as reported by in-game chat messages
• Collection log items obtained, only when you manually trigger a sync with your collection log open

What data is NOT collected

• Bank contents
• Grand Exchange history
• Any data from other players
• Any personally identifiable information beyond your OSRS username

How data is stored

Data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database located in the Asia-Pacific (Sydney, Australia) region. Data is stored against your OSRS username only. No account passwords or payment information are ever collected or stored.

How data is used

Your data is used solely to power the ProgressScape web tracker at whippahh.github.io/ProgressScape. It allows you and others you share your profile with to view your OSRS progression.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Your progression data is readable publicly by username, consistent with the purpose of the tracker. If you do not wish your data to be publicly visible, please request deletion using the contact details below.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as you use the plugin. To request deletion of all data associated with your account, email us at the address below with your OSRS username. Deletion will be completed within 7 days.
